If you would like to make a donation in someone's honor or memory, please include the name of the person you would like to honor in the "tribute name" field. The donor should receive a tax-deductible receipt for the donation to the email provided in the "Donor Email" field above. The acknowledgee listed in the "Acknowledgee Name" and "Acknowledgee Email" fields should receive notification of the tribute gift.
