Camp Mabry Field Trip led by Dennis Palafox

Please join Dennis Palafox for a morning of birding at Camp Mabry.  Camp Mabry is the headquarters for the Texas Military Forces in west-central Austin.  It is representative of the urban-wildland interface of west Austin with a mix of maintained areas, oak-juniper woods, and a wet-weather creek connecting two ponds.  The habitat diversity and setting provide for often productive birding and general natural diversity.  We'll be looking for late spring migrants and summer residents.  This trip will only be lightly strenuous walking roads and trails for approximately 3 hours.
